- The discount applies to the basic rate, accommodation supplements (excluding any cabin accommodation), animals and accompanying vehicle.
- The discount does not apply to fixed fees, nor to EU ETS costs, nor to the supplement for any cabin accommodation, nor to on-board services such as meals, wellness centre, wi-fi and pets in cabin, nor to premiums relating to insurance policies.
- The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes and with the resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of application.
- The discount is not retroactive: it is only valid for new bookings and does not apply to tickets whose first issue occurred before the start of the offer.
- The application of the offer involves the issuing of a special rate ticket, which is not refundable, but can be changed under the conditions in force.
*Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). Starting from 1 January 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ has been incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, the amount of which varies depending on the line, and is not discountable or refundable.
