| According to the EU Directive 98/41 it is mandatory for safety reasons to list by name all passengers on every sailing. Tickets should be issued BY NAME and should mention: - PASSENGERS' FIRST AND LAST NAME - GENDER: MALE OR FEMALE - AGE: ADULT-CHILD-INFANT All vehicles tickets must mention the type of the vehicle and the plate number. In addition, the issuing agent must be notified of any passenger who requires SPECIAL CARE. It is strictly forbidden to issue any ticket onboard. Tickets must be issued within a specific time period following their booking. If tickets are not issued on due time the booking is automatically cancelled. Children up to 5 years old and entitled of free ticket, but they must obligatory to a quire a Free of Charge Ticket . TICKET CANCELLATION Passengers may cancel the date of their voyage and convert their ticket to an open date, by presenting their ticket to the central reservation office of the company or to their travel agency at least 2 hours before embarkation. 100% refund on ticket value can be given if ticket is cancelled 20 days before the date of embarkation No phone cancellation is accepted. TICKET LOSS In case of ticket loss, passengers should buy a new ticket and send to our Company a declaration letter mentioning the route and the date of the lost ticket as well as the serial number of the new ticket. In case in the end of a 12month period from the report's date, the lost ticket has not been used, the passenger is entitled of ticket's value refund DELAYED DEPARTURE / ITINERARY CHANGE Kallisti Ferries is not responsible for any delay or modification of the scheduled route, due to weather conditions/orders of Hour our Authorities or of the Ministry of Merchant Marine/force majeure that may affect passengers safety SAFETY ON BOARD It is strictly forbidden for passengers to carry any kind weapons, explosives, flammables or any other materials or liquids on board. Smoking is allowed only to designated areas of the vessel. LUGGAGE / PERSONAL BELONGINGS Luggage must be left in the designated areas of the vessel. Access to the vessel's garage is prohibited. Passengers must keep with them the belongings they may need during the voyage. PETS Pets travel free of charge in the designated kennels of the vessel. Pets are not allowed indoors. |
