¹ The meter price is always per starting meter. The draw hook has to be included in the meter price.

50% Reduction on your car! 
When travelling round trip with 3 or 4 adults in the same cabin (2 children = 1 adult) you are entitled to:
   - 50% reduction on you car (6 m long and up to 2 m high) or two motorcycles. 
   - 20% reduction on all other vehicle types. 
   - Limited availability 
 
Single gents-/ladies berths can be booked in 4-bed outside-/inside cabins, also in 2-bed outside cabins. 
The total length and height including roof rack is necessary in order to calculate the vehicle prices.

Cancellations
or cancellation of tickets contact your travel agent, the harbor offices or Superfast Ferries directly. Refunds depend on the time prior to departure a cancellation is made:
- 30 days prior to departure: 100%refund
- 29 - 7 days prior to departure: 75%refund
- 6 days - 24 hours prior to departure: 50%refund
No refund will be made on cancellations that are made less than 24 hours prior to departure or if the ticket holder does not report for check-in. A ticket is cancelled upon receipt of the cancellation by Superfast Ferries.

Alterations
A fee of € 25.56 is charged for all changes made to a reservation less than 29 days prior to departure.

Refunds
Claims for a ticket refund can be made until three months after the date of travel. Claims for a ticket refund must be made in writing. In the event of ticket loss, a passenger must contact either the issuing agent or Superfast Ferries. Please note: a ticket holder must carry valid papers of identification or a passport at check-in. Refunds are only paid only by the issuing agent. Harbor offices will only accept cancellations. All passenger Open tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of departure.

Pets
Prices for cats/dogs are € 80 one-way,€ 138 round trip. Fees for other animals upon request. Reservations have to be made in advance, as there is limited kennel cabin space. Please make sure to check entry restrictions. Pet owners are liable for any resulting damages.

Entry Regulations
Passengers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland require a passport for entry to Sweden and Finland. Babies and children also require valid identification. We kindly request other nationalities to seek information on entry regulations at the responsible consulate.

FUEL SURCHARGE
In response to the soaring fuel prices Superfast Ferries will implement a fuel surcharge of EURO 10.00 per way, per passenger (excluding infants) and per vehicle.
This surcharge will be effective for all new reservations.
Due to the continuing fluctuations in the price of fuel, Superfast Ferries will review the surcharge on a regular basis with a view to adjusting it when appropriate. Thank you for your understanding.
