All ferry companies for international routes ( Greece / Italy / Cyprus / Israel / Egypt / Turkey / Albania. ) [Except Bodrum Express]
provide T.O.D. (Ticket on Departure) ticketing. You may pick up your tickets
at the ferry companies' port / harbour check-in Offices without paying delivery expenses.
We will provide you with a Reservation code and your Ticket number after your booking has been processed.

For Domestic Lines service can I have a prepaid ticket on the embarkation ?

For the companies  ANEK LINES ,   MINOAN LINES ,   G.A. FERRIES , 
HELLENIC SEAWAYS ,     * BLUE STAR FERRIES ,   NEL LINES ,   AEGEAN SPEED LINES ,   EUROSEAS ,   SEA JETS ,   A.N.E.S ,
VENTOURIS SEA LINES ,   AGOUDIMOS LINES ,  CYCLADES FAST FERRIES ,  IONIAN FERRIES ,  KALLISTI FERRIES ,  to Greek islands you can collect your tickets at port without paying delivery expenses.  We will provide you with a Reservation code and your Ticket number after your booking has been processed.
* BLUE STAR FERRIES Super Economy Fares (10.00 / 20.00 euro) CANNOT be collected at the port prior to departure.

For the ferry companies Α.Ν.Ε.Ν ,  L.Α.Ν.Ε. ,  SAOS ,  NOVA Ferries, DODEKANISSOS , ALPHA Ferries , Strintzis Ferries , you will need to have your ferryboat tickets in hand. This means that we have to send the tickets to your mailing address by Courier Service or Express Register Post (time permitting) with additional service charges.

The charges in EURO are as follows:

Courier Service = 4-5 working days
Express Registered Mail = 2-3 weeks

Can the tickets be sent to a Hotel in Greece where l have made a booking/reservation ?

Yes, we would send the tickets to the Hotel and ask them to hold them until your arrival.

Is there a bus service available from Patras to Piraeus/Athens or vice versa ?

Superfast Ferries & Blue Star Ferries provide bus services for all their sailings departing from or arriving at  Patras. Minoan Lines provides a bus service for the Venice line only.

Traveling alone can I have a cabin only for myself ?

You must pay an extra 50% of the valid fare to use a cabin only for you (single occupation) according to cabin category for each bed is not being used.

How many days before my trip must I make a reservation ?

To ensure availability of cabins and vehicle space we kindly request our clients to make reservations / bookings as early as possible. (50-60 days minimum before your trip).
